Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 3–4 business days after payment confirmation.
• We ship across India and internationally through trusted courier partners.
• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
• Delivery timelines are subject to the courier partner and your location.

Returns & Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags intact. An unboxing video and photos are required.
• Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used yoga mats cannot be returned or refunded.
• Exchanges for a different colour or variant may be approved, with two-way shipping charges borne by the customer.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after quality inspection. COD refunds are issued as store credit.
• Natural variations in cork texture, colour, or scent are normal and not considered manufacturing defects.
